Boot Camp Moms is excited to offer many different classes and personal training .
Boot Camp is held 3 times a week.
TRX suspension training is offered 2 times a week.
Personal training is offered everyday.
Instanity class is held the first Saturday of every month.
Every workout is different and we want to make sure you are cross trained !
