This workout will help you sweat out all that Easter candy :)
It's a beautiful Saturday Morning so get up and get moving !
1. Warm up 5 minute walk/ jog
2. 50 squats
3. 50 kicks
4. 50 bicycle crunches
5. 50 triecp dips
6. 50 mt climbers
Now repeat workout
And do 40 reps of each , then 30 reps, then 20 reps, then 10 reps !
