Everyone will love this healthy dish
4 boneless Chicken breast
1 can of pineapple chucks
1 orange pepper cut
1 red pepper cut
1 package of frozen broccoli
1 bottle of Sweet and Sour Sauce
Put everything in the crock pot expect the pineapples and let cook for 4 hours, then add pineapples and let cook for 1 more hour on low....
Serve over brown rice
