Boot Camp is a fun, high-energy, group exercise that concentrates on cardiovascular and strength training. It's for the marathon runner, the casual trainer or Moms (like we were) that are out of shape and in need of a kick in the rear.

Torch the fat with Tabata Tuesday and a Smoothie for Lunch!
Do this fast and furious workout today!
Each exercises 8 times, 20 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in between
Warm up 3 minutes
1. Wide Feet Push Up 4 times/Mt Climb 4 times
2. Cross Country Ski
3. Squat ( elbows touch knees)
4.Burpee with weights
5. High Knees with weight over head
6. Elbow to knee crunch
7.Plank Punch ( In a plank on elbows, punch the air one arm at a time)
8. 5 crab kicks, 5 triceps dips
Tropical Morning Smoothie
6 ounces plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 frozen banana, chopped
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
Nutrition facts per smoothie: 368 calories, 22g protein, 60g carbohydrate, 7g fat (0.9g saturated), 9g fiber, 68mg sodium
