Summer Salsa Low Fat

Need A Quick, Easy, Delicious, Healthy Summer Salsa.... You will love this one!!

 2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
2 cans white shoepeg corn drained
 2 cans rotel
 2 cans mexicorn
1 cucumber chopped small
 1 c balsamic vinegar


 Mix all together and set in fridge for 4 hours, add more balsamic if desired. Tons of fiber, protein, lowfat and so good ! Eat with chips, on top of salads, as a side dish or main meal.
