KALE SALAD with Amazing Dressing

The nutritionist at my work gave us this recipe and its so good. Very healthy and low in calorie.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp of honey
pepper (to taste)

1 cup of plump raisins( to plump raisins boil in hot water for 10 minutes) this makes the flavor come out
1 green apple cut up
1 cup of walnuts
kale(washed and chopped up)
