The week is all most over and you are wanting a fast family dinner. I love to get the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and make a Hawaiian stir fry.
Cut the chicken up and put aside.
Next in a pan with a little olive oil add
1 Red pepper cut in slices
1 orange pepper cut in slices
1 can of pineapple chucks with juice
You can also add snap peas, broccoli and any veggies you like
Next add 1/2 cup of Hawaiian Sauce( Lawry's Hawaiian)
Cook on stove top in medium for 15 mins.
Serve over brown rice
