Cardio and abs workout, Grab a friend lets go!
Grab a buddy and do this workout togther its just 40 minutes of your day
5 minute warmup
Sprints/run
20 Seconds running 10 seconds recover 8 times
Push ups
25 Seconds 15 Seconds recover 6 times
High Knees
30 Seconds 20 Second recover 5 times
Elbow to knee Crunches
35 Seconds 25 Second recover 4 times
Plank rock
40 Seconds 30 Seconds recover 3 times
Squat Jacks
45 Seconds 35 Second Recover 2 times
Flutter Abs
50 Seconds Flutter kick abs laying on back
