Grilled Ahi Tuna with Cucumber Ginger Salsa

4 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
4 (4oz) Tuna Filets

combine all ingredients, place in ziploc bag and refrigerate for at least on hour

Remove from marinade and place on grill 4-5 min per side

Cucumber Ginger Salsa
1 Cucumber Diced
1 avacado pitted and chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1tbsp fresh ginger (i used the paste)
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro

combine all ingredients refrigerate

Once tuna is done place salsa on top and ENJOY!!! Even my kids love this!! The salsa is Beyond Awesome!!

Calories only 225 per serving!
