We are Jennifer and Kyle. In 2010, we started our personal fitness journey. The biggest thing we learned on our way to a combined 100 lbs of weight loss...it takes motivation. Often times we found the best source of motivation was in pushing each other. That is why we have started this fitness and boot camp group.
