2 Great Post Workout Smoothies

Tropical Smoothie

After that hard Boot Camp class here is a great smoothie.
Low in calories and high in fiber!

8oz Coconut Water
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1/2 Cup Mango
1 Banana
1 tablespoon flaxseed

Need a Protein Meal replacement.. Try this Hawaii Smoothie

1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Low fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Strawberry
2 Tablespoons Whey Protein
4 ice cubes
